Chiringuito Gracioneta

Chiringuito Gracioneta is located on the beach of Gracioneta. It may take a while to find, but the visit will be worth it. To get there, you pass the roundabout in Sa Capella and head west toward Stella Maris Hotel. Then, you take the first exit on the left and the third exit after that on your right. This will put you right behind the restaurant, where you can enter the beach and the restaurant.

This is a lovely spot that is nicely tucked away and not overcrowded! The restaurant specializes in Mediterranean food and has a cocktail bar. The best places to sit are on the sides of the restaurant facing the hills. These are levelled-off areas where you can enjoy a delicious dinner. There are several, large, luxurious lounge beds on site, where you can enjoy a few cocktails; and there are everyday beach beds as well, suited for those who intend to go swimming.

Menu prices are a tad higher than other restaurants in the area. The price/quality ratio, however, is definitely on point. You can get a tasty dish of the day for just 17 euros. Paella costs around 20 euros here and comes highly recommended. Food is served in large portions here. The staff is very friendly as well, though they can be a bit slow. Cocktails are 10 euros; and during peak season, there will often be a DJ spinning calm, lounge or deep house music.

This is a perfect spot to visit with children. The sand is very fine and the bay water is relatively shallow. A bit farther out around the corner, however, the water can be a bit rougher. This area is marked off with buoys however. If you get tired of it here, you can always go left towards the less impressive Cala Gracio Beach. You can even walk across the rocks to Cala Gracio as well.
