Monkey

New hotspot Monkey in San Antonio brings Paris to Ibiza! Monkey is a sister restaurant of ‘Monkey Pigalle’. The restaurant is chic and trendy, with furniture inspired from festivals, but with a relaxing atmosphere of Tulum. The restaurant breathes bohemian with the wooden chairs and lovely symbols. The highlight of the restaurant has to be its location. Here you truly can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from the lovely terrace. 

Monkey is a secret spot where three different concepts can be uncovered; the restaurant, the bar and the nightclub. The restaurant menu offers Mediterranean dishes which are all made to share. All ingredients are from farm to kitchen, and the dishes change along with the seasons to keep everything as fresh as possible. Besides the taste the looks are to die for as well, the simplest dishes look like you are dining at a Michelin star restaurant. This is all thanks to chefs Antony Faotto, Ben Janaud and David Janaud. 

Bar
Then.. there is the bar area! Here you are able to enjoy the most special selected wines from biodynamic wine farmers who have shared their knowledge from generation to generation. There are over 50 selected specialty wines from all over France. The selection goes from white to sparkling, so there will definitely be something to your personal taste! Monkey also offers homemade cocktails. 

Nightclub
Last but not least, Monkey is also a nightclub where Parisian Electro music takes over the San Antonio bay. The club is open from Thursday till Sunday. Monkey’s club is inspired by well known Parasian concept ‘Aphrodizia’ and opens its doors to international names in the electro music scene, such as, Sebastien Léger, Roy Rosenfeld and Birds of Minds. Monkey’s motto:  see nothing, say nothing and hear nothing.
