Sublimotion is the most expensive restaurant in the world and located in the Hard Rock hotel. For an average of 1,500 euros per person you will enjoy a truly unique experience. The price is steep but if you can afford it it's simpley a must-see. Sublimotion tends to be much more than just a physical location. It is a mesmerizing three hour journey which will stimulate all your senses. There is just one table!

When visiting you and your 11 guests will be seated at a long table with luxury chairs in an enclosed space. The walls are a virtual light show and images are projected onto the tabletop. Hot air balloons float across the room with treats contained. The table itself will morph into an Arctic scenery When cold dish are served. When you hit the table you the ice will break and you hear it crackling. It's not just a dinner it's an sensory experience.

The dishes are created by renowned chef Paco Roncero proud owner of not 1 but 2 Michelin stars. You can rest assured that the food is of high quality. There are twenty people working daily to offer the show.
