In 2014, on the roof of Aguas de Ibiza, the new restaurant Vi Cool opened. You can grab lunch or dinner here in a typical Ibizan style, in the open air, and in a relaxing atmosphere. Here, you can count on a culinary dining experience, as the Spanish lead chef has no less than two Michelin stars to his name. You can choose between various tapas and also enjoy tasty cocktails. You can even use the pool or the lounge seating where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. Vi Cool is open afternoons and evenings until 2a.m.
